LALT’s role is to provide guidance and support on teaching practice, and to develop collaborative projects and innovations. It represents a community for members (all academics and support staff who teach) and is supported through three core teams – Engagement, Digital Education and Student Life.
During my tenure as Dean I will be focusing upon student engagement and how the principles of Student as Producer can be reinvigorated across learning and teaching at Lincoln. Projects delivered will draw from and build upon existing foundations of good practice to develop new and innovative pedagogical practices, and in doing so, will enable LALT to share relevant guidance and supporting tools across the wider LALT community.
