Nominate a Colleague for a Teaching Excellence Award
If you have a colleague who consistently goes above and beyond in their role, why not recognise their hard work by submitting a nomination?
The Teaching Excellence Awards (TEAs) is a peer nomination scheme aimed at recognising and celebrating excellence in teaching practice at the University of Lincoln. A subset of the Staff Merit and Achievement Awards (SMAs), these awards offer staff the chance to anonymously nominate a colleague for recognition and are facilitated by the LALT Engagement Team, in conjunction with HR.
A panel of leaders in teaching and learning, including the Dean of LALT and the College Directors of Education, will meet to judge the nominations and the TEAs are bestowed by the Vice-Chancellor as part of the SMAs ceremony.
Teaching staff can nominate any colleague and will remain anonymous unless they choose otherwise. Nominations are open now and close at midday on 11th October.
