Belonging: Community of Practice

We believe that a university should be a supportive and inclusive environment where every member of our university community feels valued, connected, and empowered. The University of Lincoln is dedicated to promoting a sense of belonging through collaborative initiatives, open dialogue, and shared experiences. By bringing together the diverse perspectives and strengths of our community, we aim to create a vibrant and welcoming campus culture that enhances personal growth, academic success, and overall well-being for all students and staff.

To support this objective, the Belonging Community of Practice (CoP) intends to be a collaborative network, for staff and students. It will provide a platform for members to share best practice, exchange ideas, and work together to continuously improve our community. Through this collective effort, we seek to build a stronger, more cohesive university experience for everyone.
