November 30, 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

This session will cover communication, video assessment and submission and using webinars to support teaching and learning.

You should leave this session with a greater understanding of how digital tools can be used to encourage your students to participate on an academic level when they are away from the classroom. The time spent learning off campus and between taught sessions is very valuable and this workshop will introduce methods designed to use this time as a continuation of teaching and learning.

This session will introduce a variety of tools which can be used to engage students outside the classroom. Covering communication, video assessment and submission and using webinars to support teaching and learning.

There are no prerequisites for this session, although knowledge of Blackboard would be beneficial.
