Digital Education Chat Bot (Pilot)
The Digital Education Chat Bot (Pilot) is a small scale experimental pilot project which aims to build a Chat Bot tool in house. The chat bot will be initially based on the Blackboard Help & Support helpsheets and videos, with later expansion into other digital tools and platforms. This tool will enable select pilot users to find curated help and support guidance via Blackboard by posing a question to the Chat Bot.
The pilot is designed to provide staff and students with an opportunity to ask questions in real time via a Chat Bot platform and in doing so get access to just in time help and support. This activity also aims to inform any future AI projects and help promote the current help and support guidance.
